Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

An extrusion operator in the plastics industry is responsible for setting up and running extrusion machines to produce consistent, high\u2011quality plastic products. The role includes adjusting machine settings, monitoring temperatures and material flow, and performing routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Operators also troubleshoot minor issues, follow strict safety procedures, and maintain a clean, efficient work area. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are essential to success in this position. Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Operate extrusion lines to meet productivity and quality requirements<\/p>\n

– Conduct hourly quality checks of your pipes produced<\/p>\n

– Fill out all the requested production documentations<\/p>\n

– Report to your supervisor for all nonconformities in process and product<\/p>\n

– Assisting with set ups and take downs of tooling<\/p>\n

– Perform any other related tasks<\/p>\n
